Conditions and flow
1. Both parties discuss the content of photo shooting, set a date and location.
2. Please deposit a half of the amount to an assigned bank account in 7 days after discussed. Reservation will be automatically cancel if there is no payment received.
3. Customer should pay the remainder on the photo shooting day.
4. In 7-14 days after shooting, we provide a set of thumbnail photos for customer to select.
5. It takes 14-28 days for retouching after customer selected the photos. Customer should receive a call / message of picking up. ( $30 extra charge for mailing by registered letter )
Cancellation
1. 1.If the cancellation is make by single party from customer side, or no show on the shooting day, the deposit will not be able to return.
2. Date will be postpone if outdoor shooting is affect by weather problem.
Copyright
1. Photographer Ian Lo remains the right of all photos, including the usage of the dog photos.
2. Customer can only use the photos for personal usage. License fee is essential if the photos are in use for any business purpose, such as commercial or printing product. If there is any infringement act, we keep all laws and investigate the right. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
